We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as device type, browser, and pages viewed, to operate and improve the website.
Candidate Information
Candidate information may include your name, contact details, location, work history, education, professional qualifications, work authorization response, job preferences, and any materials you choose to submit.
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account details, or other sensitive identifiers through website forms.
Employer Information
Employer information may include the contact details of the person making a hiring request, company information, and the requirements associated with the role being recruited for.
Resume / CV Information
Resumes are stored to support recruitment activity. Resumes are not published publicly and are shared with an employer only in connection with a specific opportunity.
Account Information
If you create an account, we store the identifiers required to authenticate you along with the preferences you configure. Authentication credentials are handled by our authentication provider and passwords are stored in hashed form.
Analytics
We may use analytics to understand aggregate site usage. Analytics event payloads are designed to exclude resume content and personal contact information.
Recruitment Processing
We use the information you provide to evaluate suitability for opportunities, communicate with you about roles, coordinate interviews, and support the placement process.
Information Sharing
We share candidate information with employers in connection with a specific opportunity and with service providers who support our operations. We do not sell personal information.
Service Providers
