Accessibility Statement

Voravio is building toward WCAG 2.2 AA conformance so that candidates and employers can search, apply, and submit hiring requests regardless of how they access the web.

What we are doing

  • Keyboard navigation across navigation, filters, forms, and job listings
  • Visible focus indicators on all interactive elements
  • Semantic HTML structure with a single H1 and logical heading order per page
  • ARIA labels and roles only where native semantics are insufficient
  • Color contrast targets that meet WCAG 2.2 AA for text and interface elements
  • Alternative text on meaningful images
  • Form fields with programmatically associated labels and descriptive error messages
  • Status messages announced to assistive technology where content updates dynamically

Ongoing work

Accessibility is treated as ongoing work rather than a one-time audit. As new features such as candidate and employer portals are released, they are reviewed against the same standards.
