A Kuwait-based enterprise is hiring an IT Director to lead digital transformation, infrastructure, and cybersecurity strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the IT strategy aligned with business goals
• Lead infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity initiatives
• Manage the IT budget and vendor relationships
• Build and mentor a high-performing technology team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related
• Senior IT leadership experience in the GCC
• Strong background in cloud, security, and enterprise systems
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or master's degree
• CISO or CISSP background

Compensation

The range for this role is KWD24k – KWD36k / year. Final compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and employer criteria.

Work Arrangement
