A leading financial services group in the UAE is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee reporting, budgeting, and compliance across regional operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and board reports
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and regulatory requirements
• Partner with operations on cost control and profitability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent)
• Experience in UAE or GCC financial reporting
• Strong Excel and ERP system skills

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or master's in Finance
• Experience with IFRS

Compensation

The range for this role is AED250k – AED350k / year. Final compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and employer criteria.

Work Arrangement

This is a fully remote position. Collaboration, reporting, and day-to-day work are handled through the employer's remote tooling and regular virtual touchpoints. Candidates may work from their country of residence unless the listing notes specific location or timezone requirements.
