Construction Project Manager

Job Overview

A major infrastructure contractor in Riyadh is looking for a Construction Project Manager to deliver large-scale giga-project work packages on schedule and budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage project planning, execution, and handover
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and site teams
• Control costs, schedules, and quality standards
• Report progress to senior stakeholders and clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related
• Proven experience managing large construction projects in the GCC
• PMP or equivalent project management certification
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience on Saudi giga-projects
• Consultancy background

Compensation

The range for this role is SAR180k – SAR260k / year. Final compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and employer criteria.

Work Arrangement

This is a fully remote position. Collaboration, reporting, and day-to-day work are handled through the employer's remote tooling and regular virtual touchpoints. Candidates may work from their country of residence unless the listing notes specific location or timezone requirements.
